Sometimes they run out of the bacon egg and cheese kolache's, which is all right, but what isn't all all right is when my Dasher calls me to make the substitute and I tell them from my mouth that I would just like to add another doughnut to the order meaning that it would be a total of three donuts. I received only two donuts meaning I paid extra money for nothing. My Dasher was no help in the store was no help. I would not recommend this Shipleys, which is sad because Shipleys is well known for top quality and great customer service whereas this store lacks that.

BEWARE OF ORDERING HERE ONLINE! I have given this location multiple chances. If you order online they do not give you fresh or quality food. You always get old, cold, hard, donuts, kolaches and everything. If you go in person you see them go to the fresh rack and give you good donuts that are hot.
Ive watched them prep DoorDash and delivery orders in store when im ordering in person and it's not coming from the same place. They do this be we arent there watching & think we wont complain.
I dont usually review, but ive had enough.

They advertised heart shaped Valentine's Day donuts but they were just regular shaped donuts. The donuts themselves were very fresh but why advertise specific shaped donuts for valentine's day if they're not actually that way.

The classic donut holes came as chocolate ones. I have never gotten those when I have ordered before and there is no way to make a selection. I don't like the flavor of the chocolate dough.
