My eggs Benedict was in a container way too big for it, so it was a mess when it arrived. My eggs were hard boiled, NOT poached. The cheese grits that I paid extra for were just bland plain grits with shredded cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. We will not be ordering from here again.

BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP was not even wrapped. Because it was not wrapped tight due to large amount of shredded lettuce it was all over the inside of box and potatoes.
The wrap was basically a lettuce wrap. It MAY have had 1 chix tender cut up but that is a stretch. Very disappointed. I have had this wrap at the restaurant and it was awesome. Idk why the stds of quality are different when ordering online. After including charges in tip - over $20 for a lettuce wrap.

If you are considering this place for breakfast, my advise would be "Don't". This was horrible. Avocado toast was slices of oxidized avacado laid over toast. Over medium eggs fried hard. 2 pieces of bacon for $5. "Crispy hash browns" barely cooked through and anything but crispy. Sausage gravy very

Took a chance here even though the previous reviews told me not to. My family and I have always enjoyed the Shorty's in Williamsburg so I was hopeful for this location buuuuut... while the food portions were phenomenal and everything was plenty hot, the food flavor simply was not there. I'm not sure if maybe they lost their seasonings somewhere back in the kitchen or perhaps just misplaced something as simple as salt and pepper? I don't know. I had to add copious amounts of ketchup to give both the hash browns and omelet any flavor. I really wanted to love this but sadly will not be ordering from this location again. I'll make the 25 minute drive to Williamsburg next time. Lesson learned.

the chickenwas sooi juicy and seasoned to perfection.The seasoning was in full effect.
the waffle was a good simple Belgian waffle con since I live 35 minway in Hampton it was a lil soft but I was happy about it bc ihqve a air dry and could crisp it up tomy liking.
the SHORTY'S SPECIAL was fantastic. I pray they keep everything the same and do t change the portion size bc I'm about to tell everyone. look. we all know breakfast is the easiest thing to cook however if I'm going to buy it let the quality and portion size be worth it. this my friend had me full as a tick. I EAT 1/2 BEFORE taking the pick. imagine that! runnnn100000/10 I bet $ on it.
the SIDE FRIED APPLES didn't stand a chance either I ate that with the cake pancake (single add one ) w Boosie and the maple butter mannnn I almost slap somebody momma
