I am so glad I ordered the AMERICANA BIG DOG today because whoever is making them at this location deserves a raise lol they were absolutely perfect!! I always love the SMASH TOTS® , can't ever go wrong with those! Only disappointing thing is they don't offer the truffle mayo as a side sauce anymore (they haven't for a while) - goes great with the tots!

The SPICY JALAPEÑO SMASH® and SCORCHIN’ HOT TOTS were sooo good!! Also the dragon strawberry REGULAR CRAFT REFRESHERS was delicious! Will order again, and thanks for the deal and price wasnt as crazy high as other burger places!

Order always comes quickly and correctly. The DOUBLE TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SMASH® with no mayo is delicious. The CHOCOLATE SHAKE is good. There are better shakes out there, but smashburgers' will satisfy a shake craving. The SMASH TOTS® was a miss for me. The flavor was meh and too oily. I suggest sticking with plain tots instead.

DOUBLE TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER was amazing as always! So much better than the other gourmet burger places I've tried in Scottsdale. The burger patty taste like it came right off the grill with crispy little edges. It tastes as fresh as it does luxurious. I'm so picky about mushrooms and the sautéed Crimini mushrooms are beyond.

My shake wasn't fully filled, and for $8.15 I really wish I could have enjoyed a full beverage. Additionally, my burger wasn't made with the correct substitutions I needed. The quality was disappointing because the product itself can be great, but breezing over the attention to detail made it a poor experience.
