tasted like flavored water and was not nearly as colorful as previous orders. it's like they used about 1/4 of the strawberry as they normally would. got it delivered so I can't return it. waste of $20 for flavored water.

I love the açaí bowl from Smoothie King and order it all the time, but my orders are consistently incorrect. When I ask for no granola, it still comes with granola. When I request no cocoa nibs, they are added anyway. Today, I ordered it with everything, and the cocoa nibs were missing.
On top of that, the banana was spoiled, and the portion size was noticeably small. Another issue is the packaging orders are not placed in a bag, and there is no spoon or even a napkin included.
Overall, the experience is very inconsistent and disappointing. This needs improvement

I usually love everything they have here! Their Angel Food™ is really tasty. Today I ordered their Hearty 8 Grain Loaded Chocolate Hazelnut Toast which I've had before and it was good, but this time it had no strawberries and was pretty hard. Kinda disappointed. Otherwise would still recommend

So inconsistent anymore. You ask for extra granola and they give you less than normal. Then ask for extra strawberries and they have the same amount as the blueberries. Also now they don't even fill the bowl when you're paying almost $15 for it. There's only a couple people that actually make the bowl right anymore...
