Absolutely love how they plate the benedicts separately so you can build them once you receive them so they stay fresh and dont get soggy in transport. Also love being able to customize orders just like you can in the restaurant.

The hash browns were not cooked, I had to scrape them all out. It said salsa on the side and showed a red salsa in the picture. There was no salsa on the side. The green salsa on top did not taste good, it was sweet and did not go with the burrito. The tortilla was undercooked and there was barely any black beans. I don't usually complain but all I could eat was the scrambled eggs out of the burrito and even that I had to cover in cholula. My son said the pancake was okay. He gave it a 5/10.

Food was great! Ordered a latte to go with it and it arrived literally half full. $8 for half a cup of coffee is pretty steep. Any time I order a latte at any other coffee shop my cup is full when I receive it... why Snooze?

The OMGfrenchtoast was okay, but the strawberries left a little to be desired...most consisted of the inner white part that I didn't eat. They also weren't too generous on the other toppings. On the other hand, the bacon was delicious-- it was crispy, chewy and cooked well. I don't think I'd order the french toast again, but I would definitely get the bacon again.

The food was very bland, pancakes way too cakey and dry, bacon not cooked enough, and the sausage was definitely not for me.
