• 29/12/23The portion of soup was barely a cup of liquid. The Gyoza Dumplings only had 4 and they were dry for $8 NOT IT. The grilled cheese was okay. Not what I was hoping for at all considering I paid $35 for this meal.

• 27/01/24Got the 16oz classic chicken noodle soup, and it came as almost just broth. Tastes fine, but it cost 16.99 and was not worth it considering it came with little to no noodles or chicken. Really disappointed in the quality.

• 15/01/24My broccoli cheddar soup was spicy?!? The sandwich was so-so, definitely not amazing. The order also took too long and my first dasher unassigned, so my food took over an hour to be delivered. I do not recommend. I paid $22 for delivery after my lunch hour and a subpar Soup & Sandwich Combo.

• 23/11/24The Cesar salad is just a bowl of lettuce and a few pieces of bacon/chs. NO CROUTONS. The bacon chs sandwich is very little chs and microwaved bacon that wasn't fully cooked, also like barely any. Kettle chips and veggies were mixed together and wet so the chips were ruined and the veggies smelled off, definitely not fresh. Also forgot the dip for veggies which is a deal breaker, Overall horrible. Oh! They also forgot the crackers and utensils for my soup/salad combo
