The donuts were amazing. I think I have my new favorite donut place. The bagel breakfast sandwich wasn't my favorite - the bagel itself was good but my bacon was burnt and there was more bagel than filling as it was a huuuge bagel. The cold brew wasnt what I was expecting - I provided feedback to the restaurant that ordering through DoorDash was a little unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I had to call and request specific donuts that they had (which I think there was a mixup as I didn't receive them) and their page tried charging me 50$ for a dozen of specialty donuts. I probably won't use their DoorDash page again until it has the issues worked out but I can see myself going into their location someday.

the bagels that we did get were awesome. not too bad for the price and I always love getting their Mocha House Iced Coffee 20 oz, but they cancelled two of our Blueberry Bagels without saying anything. they used to call and substitute things in if they were out. if I order again it would be in store and no through door dash as I know they are popular.

I've ordered from them several times never had an issue but my issue today is is they don't let you know when they're out of stock of something when you go to order and then they just substitute of their own accord. They don't reach out and let you know that they don't have that. Would you like to change it to something else? Very very disappointed.
