The strawberry açai Strawberry Açaí Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage and Chai Tea Latte were perfect! SB made the drinks correctly with the adjust made to them.

I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and A Matcha Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage both tasted off, the Cookie drink tasted sour like the milk was bad maybe and the matcha was un mixed and bitter,the coffee tasted old and stale. will not be taking another chance here.

Drink came 25% empty with incorrect lid, no straw, and made incorrectly. Very disappointed I wasted $7+ on a drink that may not be sanitary for me to drink. No refund offered or available. I will not be ordering from you again.

the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich was melted to the bag, looked like it was trown in the bag as everything was off of the sandwich. The White Chocolate Mocha was bitter and un drinkable. Even after stirring it, there was no change in flavor.

Sandwich was wrong and under cooked, my croissant was raw dough in the middle and was not edible.
