Great Starbucks. However, I wish they would read the label on the drink and add what was asked for. Two times I ordered cold brew with half and half, and both times it was not in the drink. The first time I ignored it, but it happened again so I'm not sure why and I decided to comment on it. Otherwise order was exact.

Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta cold and hard as in it's been stale Pumpkin Spice Latte missing 25% of the drink Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso only decent item Avocado Spread and condiments all put into the sandwich bag lmao like who prepped this???

The Petite Vanilla Bean Scone never came. They gave me cookies instead. Order two oatmeals which is a total of $11 and neither of them had any toppings whatsoever just plain oatmeal in a cup… I complained through the appropriate channels and was only given a five dollar refund for basically $15 worth of items I could not eat very disappointed in this return policy. I use this app all the time and usually don't have any issues. I feel all three items should have been refunded

This Starbucks' barista uses the wrong lids for drinks made for straws. I received straws anyway, tho the lids are made for sipping. With cute pleasantries written on them, which I don't need.
