I recently placed an order at Starbucks for the Tomato and Mozzarella Focaccia Panini, but unfortunately, it was not included with my order. When I inquired, I was told they didn’t even have the Turkey Panini I requested as an alternative. Instead, they gave me a grilled cheese sandwich without notifying me until 20 minutes later. While the grilled cheese wasn’t terrible and I was able to make do with it, it was not what I ordered or wanted. The long wait, lack of communication, and incorrect substitution were disappointing. I am requesting a full refund for the inconvenience and for not receiving the item I paid for.
