I placed an order through DoorDash, but unfortunately, my drink didn’t have a seal and ended up spilling everywhere. My delivery driver Miguel was kind enough to take it back to get a replacement, and the employee at the store was incredibly understanding and helpful. They even upgraded me to a Venti! (:

Three of my last Starbucks Door Dash orders have had problems with items: burnt coffee/milk taste, smaller size drink than ordered, wrong bakery item. The compensation is not enough for the hassle or the cost of the items and delivery. (The dashers have all been great, even if Starbucks has been sloppy.)

That’s not how the coffee comes, not even half of it reaches the glass, that’s why I asked for a large one to drink at ease and I get to pay for a coffee that wasn’t even enough for me to have two drinks

We just ordered two Dubai Matchas one was delicious one tasted like water with green food coloring. Disgusting

Once again I received a latte instead of a flat white, with about 20% of the volume as foam. Because I have complained about this before, I no longer even get a refund. Which means I will no longer be ordering from Starbucks. I cannot count on getting what I ordered. Not worth the cost or the aggravation.
