I order from here often and my orders are perfect 99% of the time! Everything tasted great and they don't forget anything or make any errors. I wish they would include straws even if the drinks have sippy lids because I prefer to use a straw, but that's not a huge deal.

The colours are not the same like how they normally are and they're missing the caramel crunch that I paid for and the caramel drizzle... this coffee has no flavour to it at all
