I have ordered several times from this location, it's about a 40% chance that they ACTUALLY fill up the cup to what you order. The other 60% chance they fill up your cup 3/4 or in my case today, 1/2 the cup. Starbucks workers need to get a grip. I have pictures but not sure I can share them in my review. Just know that if you are ordering from this specific location on Jordan/E470, you're taking a gamble that they're actually going to give you the amount of coffee that you ordered and not skimp out.

Every time I order from this location my drink is extremely bitter. It doesn't matter if it's an iced coffee or a hot one. This drink was so bitter that I tossed it:

They didn't mix my drink. I got a frapp. Which is suppose to be mixed, but all of my coffee and espresso is siting at the bottom of the cup. It's about 25-30 percent of the cup just not mixed. This place is usually good but whoever made my drink today didn't care at all.

The drink was tasty but the top 2 inches of my cup wasnt even filled. Paid for a venti, got maybe a grande, very disappointing.

Delicious drink, but the to-go sticker they used on my lid left behind a smear of adhesive on the mouthpiece that was very gross and near impossible to clean off.
