I ordered Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia, Iced Chai Tea Latte, Featured Blonde Roast and Iced Lemon Loaf. It was packaged well for delivery and made it to me in great condition and it was all delicious!

ham & Ham & Swiss on Baguette was horrible. the bread was tasteless, too thick and hard to bite. the Cinnamon Coffee Cake was hard as a rock. the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage was good should have been colder since it melted during delivery. the Iced Lemon Loaf was good.

Going downhill big time. Overpriced for what it is. Frozen egg patty still frozen in the center- rotting apples in the lunch box... Starbucks has gotten lazy and sloppy and taking its consumers for granted.

Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich tasted very bland and the Hot Chocolate was not prepared with the requested add-ons or chocolate for that matter.
