I order Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage every single time and I order mocha drizzle EVERY SINGLE TIME and I get the mocha maybe 1 out of 4 times.

I used to always choose this Winchester Starbucks for my drive-thru DoorDash pickups, but today was my absolute last time here. The blonde worker at the window was incredibly hostile, insisted my order didn't exist, and rudely claimed that all DoorDashers must come inside—even though I've done this exact routine for over a year without any issues. She claimed there were no pick up orders at all with my name but once she saw my order information with DoorDash she claimed that's the reason they couldn't find my order. After giving me a ton of attitude for no reason, she just walked away. Because they lost track of the ticket, they had to remake my three drinks on the fly. Not only did they mess up the strawberry customizations from the original order, but the replacement drinks were completely undrinkable. They tasted like watered-down milk with zero actual flavor. I remained polite through the whole interaction, but I basically threw $27 directly into the garbage.
