Dry, overcooked burger. Soggy onion rings because they seal the food in a plastic bag. The fries are tasteless.

Side Cheese Sauce .. three cheese container is not full for being a dollar and some change. We ordered 3 containers and was not even half full.

The Frisco melt wasn't cooked and so greasy it pooled in the wrapper, that's supposed to be a cheese cup for a large cheese fry, and the cheeseburger had the wrong toppings and was a mess.

The taste was alright and portion amount fine, food was fresh but burger didn't come with the garlic on the bun despite ordering the garlic double

My son is a very picky eater, yet he always asks to go to Steak n Shake. It has definitely improved over the last couple of years. Keep up the good work! 🫶🏼
