For those with Celiac (Gluten Allergy) I have eaten many GF pies and this one takes the cake for now! Fresh tasty ingredients crust well cooked with a nice undercarriage and crunch (thin) definitely recommend.

The Margherita slice with the hot honey and bacon was amazing. The marinera sauce on the side was warm and flavorful.
