Delicious japanese noodles and appetizers, unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I ordered tsukemen, pan fried gyoza, and spicy crab rice, but they were out of crab at the time. It was substituted with Miso ramen, which was delectably savory and umami. The tsukemen broth was mouthwatering and the gyoza was a perfect, crispy delight.

Usually I love Strings. All their ramen flavors I've tried so far have been great. Turkey is my favorite. Their tiramisu is perfect. Not too sweet. And their gyoza, specifically the steamed ones are fantastic.
However, I'd stay away from the "Belly Buster". The fatty layer was great, but the pork belly meat was extremely tough and dry. The flavor was overall good. Maybe a touch too much sauce on the rice making it a bit wet and too salty, but nothing inedible. The pork itself was truly disappointing and difficult to eat. Never experienced pork belly made poorly so I was shocked it was at Strings of all places. They're usually the best of the best. While I'll never order this again, I will definitely be ordering their ramen again.

extremely flavorful and perfectly filling. the Tonkotsu Kuro Buta Pork was some of the best ramen ive ever had. the melon Cream Soda was still nice and cold when it got to us too! can't wait to order more!

Always good food it's my favorite place to order lunch and it's close to my job. Great vibe there and staff is really nice haven't met a rude person there. The Meat Lover is my favorite 😋😋😋😋

I travel often and order Japanese food a lot. This was some of the best I've ever had. Every item was delicious. Some of the best takoyaki I've ever had!
