• 11/03/25Subs were the best in town! They followed the instruction notes perfectly to my customization. It was super fresh and delicious. nice thin sliced meat and cheese but a good amount of meat on the sub.

• 9/04/24I ordered a Bologna & Choice of Cheese - 7" Regular and as always the food was very fresh and good. Sandwich comes with lettuce, tomato, and onions included. The only thing I wish is if they would let you choose what toppings you would like or not like, because I ended up throwing the onions away. Hate throwing good food away. As always, I end up ordering a side of their Potato Salad / Coleslaw. In the past I've had their Coleslaw which was fantastic, and I even once got macaroni salad, that is not listed, but was a nice surprise because that was good too. This is my first time getting their potato salad, and I am very strict in how I like my potato salad. This potato salad I found to be good, but very bland. Had nice size potatoes and mayonnaise, with a touch of vinegar. But, I also like carrots and parsley leaves in my potato salad for taste. So this was good, but bland tasting. Their sodas are out of this world, as they are 32 ounces, a quart size. So I never get to finish mine and have to put the remainder in the refrigerator for later on. Overall, the food is great here, most of the side dishes are, and their sodas are wonderful. Will continue to order from here.

• 10/03/24I ordered the Cream of Broccoli Soup, Bologna & Cheese and Macroni Salad. The soup was nice and hot and tasty and came with crackers. The Bologna & Cheese was a nice size sandwich and was quite filling. Bread was fresh as was the lettuce and tomato. The macaroni salad was delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

• 4/05/25Way better to order from sub base on door dash was on hold over 12 minutes with store itself only to be hung up on them. I call back and was spoken to very rudely and placed again on hold. The store itself needs major overhaul on customer service!!!!!
The subs are good and fresh the only hiccup on my order was the onions I never asked for other than that my order was freshly made and plentiful ( large roast beef and turkey with provolone) thanks to door dash from order time to my door was less than 25 minutes. This will be the only way I ever order from sub base again until their customer service is corrected
