The Pepperoni & Cheese Dipper (680 Cals) was disappointing at this location. The contents didn't reach the outer edge of the wrap, so I got four mouthfulls of just the wrap. Didn't really have much in it at all. And it wasn't crispy at all like at other locations.

This time my chicken on my teriyaki chicken sub was completely cold- possibly undercooked. I requested for my sub not to be toasted. I've done this every time I order. They usually still heat and cook the chicken... this is disgusting. That's a $10 6" sub in the garbage. And wasted another $10 to have it delivered to my job just to throw it away. I probably won't order again for this location. The bread also seemed less than fresh for a not toasted sub. Not even soft.

The Steak & Cheese was not heated at all. This was unusual, as the steak is typically warm, with slightly melted cheese. It was not a matter of timing between the store and my table. It was delivered quickly. I think the person forgot to heat it up. The steak was ice cold. Still a decent sandwich.

I usually really like subway but today after ordering, i discovered uncooked or undercooked bacon on my sandwich and i was missing the olives i asked for on the #23 The Hotshot Italiano.
