• 4/01/26I didn't receive one of my cookies. There was no cheese on my sandwich and not much teriyaki chicken.

• 30/12/24I ordered a Veggie Patty as i am a vegetarian but the restaurant put steak pieces in my sub. It was obviously an accident but because I am unable to eat beef, I called subway to fix the matter. The girl Danielle on the phone denied the mistake and made me feel like i was a liar. Everything was correct in the order, the bread, salad and sauce, only issue was that meat was added- which she denied doing and said she packed the order herself. I am really disappointed in the way this matter was resolved. Not going back here again.

• 7/09/25Not fresh at all. The ingredients were wrong and the chicken seemed old and stale. Not impressed by this and I don't think I will be reordering.
