Oven-Roasted Turkey - bread was really hard and tough to bite and the sandwich barely had any lettuce, but besides that it was good and had the extra meat I asked and paid for. I also couldn't write special reccommendation to make sure they added enough lettuce.

Normally it's good however this time the bread wasn't toasted at all so the whole sandwich didnt taste right including the cheese not being melted and the steak not being warm. Also not that serious but it wasn't cut in half either so I had to rip it.

unfortunately, it wasn’t fresh. The bread was hard, and it felt like it had been sitting for quite a while.  I’ve ordered several times before, and none of those orders came in this condition. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for!”

fresh products should be checked regularly.  the orange juice should have been tossed over 10 days ago. the tomatoes were smushy and questionable.
