bread was dry and crumbling, giving a stale taste, feel and appearance. ordered fresh not toasted so it wasn't due to being toasted. and the Buffalo Chicken tasted a little weird/ off which is unsatisfactory as I frequently order the Buffalo Chicken . also needed way more blue cheese dressing

Ordered the wrap, chipotle steak... flavour was good, well grilled. A little disappointed with the size, but I know next time to order a large.

The bread was not fresh, I could barely bite into the bread and I didn't receive lettuce it was leaves and not much steak in it.
The cookies were also stale, tasted like it was baked 2 days ago. Yuck

Could not rate the sub any less as the bread was stale and required force to tear it and chew. Please do not use leftover bread. We pay you full price we deserve fresh bread.
