Everything I ordered was fantastic! They were out of the wedding cake Cupcakes unfortunately but called before even confirming my order to ask what replacements I'd like. On to the Frosted Sugar Cookies. They have got to be some of the BEST sugar cookies I've had in, well, maybe ever! Highly recommend anything from here! I'll definitely be ordering again!

We love Sugar Pie's and place orders about twice a month starting in September 2025. Our must-have is the Frosted Sugar Cookie. However, today’s experience was unsatisfactory because the portion was much smaller than what we have purchased before. The price should have matched the size. Also, being transparent about the size would help set correct expectations among loyal customers and enable them to make informed decisions.
DD made it right by issuing us a credit for half the cost of 5 sugar cookies. Our photo clearly showed the scale, indicating they did not meet their usual size, and the price did not reflect that.

I frequently place orders. I was concerned about a potential issue occurring only because I have experienced it several times; I find that the sugar cookies are unusually hard and dry today. It is risky to order through DD due to the inconsistent freshness of the cookies, pastries, and desserts. I try to order on different days and times hoping to determine the best way to receive the freshest cookies. Ordering in person is best, but having to drive to So Ridge is something I try to avoid as much as possible. Good packaging and appealing to the eye, and if fresh, they have a delicious flavor and perfect texture!

My other report was not published. So ill make it short. Over rated stale sugar cookies cake balls 3$ a piece. sweets for sly prices. You think for 6.00$ you get a couple cake balls you get 1. Even pizza places give you 6. They can keep it. Ill go to Springhill Bakery.

ordered the Chocolate Specialty Cupcake aka the Harry Potter themed cupcakes and they were cute! I ate the Death eater flavor, and it was delicious. Was super excited for the Dubai Chocolate Frogs but the Chocolate used tasted like the kind you get from dollar store, not worh the $6. Definitely will buy cupcakes again, not sure abot anything else.
