• 30/06/26This place is also so good! Their Quesadilla de Adobada was amazing and the consume is also so flavorful. So is their quesadilla de birria is also delicious and has a generous portion of meat. Will definitely order again!

• 27/04/26Flautas 4 Pieces were inconsistent. Some were very good and fresh, others were way overcooked and crunchy without any flavor.
Ordered 2 different 4 pieces, only one had guacamole, but the other had cheese. Cheese wasn't mixed well.

• 3/10/25This location (Colfax) is not good. The chicken was not cooked long enough and was soggy and tasted like liquid smoke instead of an actual grill. The beans were also just not cooked long enough. The rice was very pale, did not look right. This was like hospital food which is crazy because the Auroura location on Chambers and Iliff is 10,000/10 some of the best food in the city. Definitely recommend that spot but do not order from Colfax.
