Cheap quality and they don't bother to add spicy mayo even though its mentioned in the menu. Bland mushy sushi. Won't order again after giving it another shot.

So disappointed, and feeling ripped off. I'm visiting from East Coast Canada and was excited to see that I could get a bit of sushi AND bubble tea from the same place...what a concept! I dug around for probably an hour (your filters suck, DoorDash) and finally decided on Sushi Shoten out of pure desperation and a hunger-related headache. Big mistake, folks. I picked the 74. Saumon / Salmon because it sounded like a maki roll with the tempura, spicy salmon, avocado, etc...you know: a spicy salmon maki roll! Noooope. Far from it... I got some kind of gelatinous wrapper (spring roll wrapper maybe??) instead of nori, and no rice. The descriptions are SEVERELY lacking and no photos of most items, so beware. I also ordered "Bubble Tea Fraise" - what I thought would be a Strawberry Milk Tea with Boba - and got a container of some concoction that seems to be a mix of the worst knock off of Strawberry Quick ever and crunchy bits of...I have no idea?! instead of boba... Again with the no pictures on the DoorDash menu. The Soupe miso végétarienne / Vegetarian Miso Soup I received has a weird almost burnt flavour..very acrid. Awful. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of reporting it is because the 98. Gyoza (4mcx / 4 Pcs) are okay. Overpriced for only FOUR, but okay. So, I gagged down the salmon roll things, and ate the gyoza. The "bubble tea" and "miso soup" are getting poured into the toilet and flushed. No thanks.
