Delicious! This place has the best sushi in Eugene. Chicken Katsu Bento was hot and crispy. White Tuna Nigiri was fresh and so buttery! Loved the G6 RollKabuki Roll(kiska) and B-52 Roll(kiska). The Dungeness crab was fresh and super tasty.

Satsuimo Tempura was not good. The tempura was thick and heavy and tasted undercooked. The cucumber salad was not good either. Cukes were fresh, and was doused with rice vinegar. No sesame seeds, and cucumber was not marinated in the vinegar. The California roll was fine but not wrapped well and several pieces were already unwrapping when it arrived. The Kimchi was not good at all, and smelled very old. Very disappointing meal. My mistake was thinking I was ordering from Oushi Sushi. Even the wasabi was flavorless and a weird green color. Maybe my taste buds are off today but this was a waste of money in my opinion...

The Maguro Sashimi is always fresh and delicious. I've given up on sashimi from anywhere else. They have the best quality fish and it never smells or tastes fishy. The cuts are great and the presentation even when delivered is always top notch.

Super fresh and has become my favorite roll to order when I'm looking for a quick and easy meal! The roll is a 5 piece with sushi roe and fresh ginger to complement the wasabi include. The portion is perfect for me, and I usually order two at a time.

Sushi Ya often takes a lot longer than I expect they will, but the food itself is absolutely phenomenal. I think my favorite sushi place in town. The ginger tastes very fresh and the rolls are tight and beautiful.
