• 12/03/25Ordered a drink and some mini cookies and the cookies taste like they were taken out of the freezer and not even baked yet. The cookies are gray, cold and mushy and don't taste right at all. The drink is alright, but doesn't taste the same as the other location I've gone to. Sadly disappointed with Swig today.

• 8/06/25Love the flavors and everything, but when I ask for modifications like no strawberry puree for example in a drink, they'll still put it in. Would get again because I love the flavors and portion sizes, but would want a little more attention to detail.

• 23/06/23The Hula Girl was good and made correctly.
My second drink was completely wrong.
Instead of a 44 Oz Dr Pepper with toasted Marshmallow Vanilla and Extra Extra Ice they sent a large size (which is a lot smaller) Drama Queen with Lite Ice and it is disgusting 🫣
