I just ordered a drink I normally get here and showed up tasting like vinegar. I reported it and DoorDash said there is nothing they can do. Quite disappointing. Normally love swig, don't know what happened

The hot chocolate was OK. it tasted like they used a teaspoon of skim milk instead of the heavy cream I use at home. I would rate ita 3 out of 5. The flavors were notvery strong in it either, but itwas warm andwhat I neededon a cold day.

This is the second time I have requested bobas (and paid for them) from this swig and it hasn't come with them. The taste of everything else is deeeeelicious. But for some reason they have a hard time fulfilling the bobas.

All of drinks were substituted with Lemonade and flat Water despite some specific drinks being order with Carbonated soda. They didn't even tell us it was being substituted or why.
