• 1/07/26I always love a Quarter Chicken dinner from Swiss Chalet. One of my favourite parts are the chicken and the Chalet sauce. Love that combination. Delicious!

• 10/04/26Ordered the Dinner Deal for Two for delivery while in town with my daughter and the fries were very undercooked and oily while the chicken was overcooked and dried out. Nothing had salt or seasoning of any kind. Side salad was lettuce and parmesan cheese only - no croutons or bacon.
Food was terrible. This was our first time having Swiss Chalet in many years but, sadly, we won't be back.

• 29/06/23Ive always loved Swiss Chalet but what was delivered to us today was an absolute disgrace. I cant believe anyone could justify sending to us what they did. Two half chicken dinners which were so small that the entire wing was the size of my toe. All of it looked bizarre and super tiny and the skin was missing on most of it, there was a small handfulof soggy fries and a hard rollwith not a single pack of butter to be found. It was such a huge disappointment. I am honesly shocked that they wouldpack that up to have delivered to a customers home. Unbelieveable. I'm posting pics to social media im so upset that our hard earned money was so wasted. Shane on you Swiss Chalet. Never again

• 16/09/24NEW! Cheezy Noodles were disgusting and contained zero cheese, so just - almost cooked but not quite - noodles and butter. Not edible. I'd add a photo, if I could. Creamy Mashed Potatoes were thrown into a cardboard box not meant to contain such an item, so the potato is everywhere, including on the outside of the box. Gross. And sort of makes the gravy pointless. Soup appears ok; at least it's fully covered by the packaging.

• 11/08/23Packaging was great and service/timing was great. BUT for the overall price to order from DoorDash/Skip, I would think portion sizes would be bigger. They were fine for me, but for what it was (chx, potatoes, small salad) the portions should be bigger IMO.
