• 13/05/25I wish you could get 2 pieces of the quarter chickens(cause they're brown meat) instead of the half chicken meal. It could have the exact same items that you get normally in one half chicken meals but the option to select 2 pieces of quarter chicken or the regular half piece. Also it would be nice if you included napkins with almost every meal or order. Thank you

• 30/05/25They missed my drink and the pie and forgot the sour cream so really my loaded potato for two bucks more was not loaded at all. I wish restaurant would be more diligent when packing up meals or let the dasher check it.

• 19/03/24the chicken was alright. but the shrimp was not good at all. didn't even taste the shrimp and the green beans tasted like week old green beans

• 8/01/24This was the worst food I've ever had from Swiss chalet. I had a full rack of ribs with a baked potato that was supposed to come with sour cream, chives and butter but instead I got a potato that looked like it had been cooked hours earlier in a box with nothing .The ribs were dry and under sauced and overcooked. Really underwhelmed for the price. Both meals were stone cold as well. $70 in the compost.
