Taco Bell should be embarrassed to serve food like this!! All of the food was cold!! And everything was put together sloppily. Chicken Quesadilla was so flat. Bare minimum ingredients slopped in it. It looked like it had been sitting out for a while before I got it. Cheese had hardened. Maybe 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it. Ridiculous for the price of it! Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito lettuce was soggy. Bean Burrito beans were dried out and crusty. Prepared or set out a long time before I got it. Reduced-Fat Sour Cream which I paid extra for- the cup wasn't even full. Very disappointed. Don't recommend at all. I would give it Zero star's honestly.

The crunch wraps were burned and I could hardly bite through mine in half of it and the cheese potatoes were only like half full

This experience was less than desirable. The food was not prepared well and didn't taste good. I also arrived later than my scheduled pick up time, only to discover the staff hadn't even started on my order. My "box meals" were not in a box and I was missing the desert from each. One of said box meals came with a 5 layer burrito that was rolled in 3 tortillas and had next to no meat. There was 1 customer in the dining room eating and 1 in line behind me. There was no reason for such a lack of effort, concern, or care for not just myself but any other customer. I am a fan of Taco Bell but I will not be returning to this location.

I stopped order from thi store becas they consistently forgot to put items I ordered in the bag or didn't make the order correctly. After quite awhile I decided to try them again... Once again missing and incorrectly made items. I will not order from this store again. I hope they get new management and overhaul the whole staff. The picture included is of my daughter's "double meat" 3 Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme Combo. What meat? There isnt even a spoonful on it.
