I didn't get any mild sauce packets or a straw, fortunately I have my own straws at home, and the items had enough flavor on their own. Those Yellowbird Nacho Fries  are pretty spicy, my mouth was on fire, totally worth it though, so good. Filling too, I didn't actually finish either of the other 2 items.

Food was good and fresh, drink tastes watered down. There wasn't much meat in the dip, maybe like a tsp.

Improperly cleaned soda lines — leftover cleaning solution or descaler residue in the lines can come out as white/cloudy streaks
	•	Syrup/water ratio issues — if the BIB (bag-in-box) syrup is low or the carbonation mix is off, you get uneven mixing and a cloudy or curdled look
	•	Mineral buildup — calcium/lime deposits from the water line breaking loose
	•	Dairy or creamer cross-contamination — if the same nozzle or ice machine touched something dairy, it can curdle slightly in acidic soda

I'm reporting an issue with a drink from my recent Taco Bell order placed through DoorDash.

The Mountain Dew Baja Blast I received had an unusual white, cloudy substance floating in/on top of the liquid, which is not normal for this drink. I have a photo documenting this. I did not consume it.

I'm requesting a refund for this item, and I'd like this flagged to the restaurant so they can check their soda fountain lines, as this could indicate a cleaning/maintenance issue with their equipment that may affect other orders.

I love Taco Bell's grilled cheese Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito Combo there are always fresh ￼ I always get extra sour cream on everything I order, but I don't think they put enough sour cream on ￼

Asked for extra beef on the Nachos BellGrande® but got next to no beef. The chips were 90% bottom of the bag broken. Asked for No Fiesta strips in the double stack Double Stacked Taco , but it had them anyway. The Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito was the only thing done correctly.  Food was good but was not 100% what I paid for.
