The honey chicken and crispy chicken were very bland.
The satay is yummy and the fried rice.
There was nothing crispy about the chicken or the squid tentacles due to being steamed by the way it was packaged. We will stick with Tang palace next time.

I ordered Honey Prawns delivered. I was at a hotel 7min drive away. I ordered through the restaurant website thinking they’d take care of the items that way. $14 delivery I was charged. The Prawns arrived so soggy with the batter literally falling off. They were only edible by pulling all the batter off.
I contacted Ten Ten Kitchen informing them of this. I received nothing but poor customer service. First they replied with an angry emoji. Then I told them that’s not really a reply, they then asked me what solution I preferred, packaging or compensation? I replied with both, compensation for an item not really viable for sale and for future customers would need a different packaging solution than putting hot battered prawns in a sealed plastic container. They then offered a free meal with my next purchase, I told them I didn’t want to order from them again, why would I order soggy again? They then asked “what do I want”, I replied with a refund on the prawns at least. They then replied telling me to bring them back. I asked how they wanted to work that giving I’d paid delivery, do I pay delivery on the container full of soggy batter? Also happy to give a photo. They did not reply. I told them to pass on that free meal to the next person through the door as I won’t be eating there again.
Long story short, they won’t take responsibility for poor service. Do not recommend.

I have been ordering from TenTen for years,
and this is the first time I have been very disappointed in any of the dishes. The Special Fried Rice was so dense and sloppy it was inedible. At a cost of $ 18.00 I am very unimpressed.

Normally everything Ten Ten does is amazing, their food is typically the best! But on this occasion the chef badly undercooked the Sizzling Garlic King Prawns and the Garlic Chinese Vegetables. The prawns were fine, but the garlic smelled raw and tasted acrid. It's overpowered every other ingredient in both dishes. Had the chef let the meals cook for a few minutes more, it would have been fine. It should have never have left the kitchen this way, as it would have been obvious had anyone who looked at it or smelled it. A day later and it's still obviously raw smelling. Ended up throwing away the dishes.
