Spring rolls and wontons were completely cold.
Thai chicken fried rice was inedible. Far too salty and just mushy.
Was not due to delivery driver as they arrived very soon after collecting order from restaurant.
Very disappointing.

Rice was extremely gluggy and no tomato - Spring rolls were full of oil and the residue in the packet of oil was disgusting. Dissapointed.

We love Thai, but we were very disappointed with the dishes ordered from Thai Lotus. All 6 of the 7 dishes were extremely oily. With the steamed vegetables being the only non oily dish. The crispy tofu was the worst! Sadly disappointing and we won't order again.

Would have been higher because the rice was yummy but no pork in my pad Thai just random chicken and tofu and we were so sad that instead of flat noodles in our second dish we got fried dry noodles which ruined the whole meal.
