I ordered the baby burger and a good thing I did because the burger alone filled me up. It was delicious. I wanted a little lighter on the sauce. I got a little too messy. My fries where hot and crisp, but I don't think they were salted. Mozzarella sticks delicious I wish they came with marinara instead of cream sauce they sent. My only real complaint is how it was packaged. I expected my burger to be completely wrapped in paper not just halfway as you can see in the picture of the sauce sitting on top of my burger, but other than that, would order again.

#1. Shack Burger Combo that was some delicious food I had on last night. For dessert I had there Mini Churro Bites plentiful sweet cinnamon and on point. I drank there fresh Banana 🍌 Milkshake 20oz that was super tasting delightful and delicious. Great place to get other tasty foods they serve here. Looking Forward to the next meal too order

Hands down, the BEST burger I have ever eaten in my life. I got the Double Shack Burger and a side of Large Fries-- this tastes like what people hype In N Out to be... sorry not sorry!

I really wanted to like this place. I do like to support new businesses, so I gave it a shot. It just did not taste good to me. The positives are the crinkle fries were good and more than plentiful. It was relatively cheap compared to other burger places, portions were huge, but you get what you pay for quality and freshness wise. I tried a double shack burger and a hot dog. I couldn't finish either one. The burgers are pre frozen patties, which I could overlook if it wasn't for other quality issues. I didn't want the thousand island sauce, didnt select it on the order, i selected mayo and mustard, but the house sauce was on there anyway, along with the other sauces. I really didn't like the taste of it. Maybe this was a miscommunication in the way the app options are set up. In my opinion, the red onions are not the way to go, way too overpowering, and that taste lingers in the mouth all day. I would suggest the restaurant switches to white onions. The burger was oversauced making it sloppy to eat. I picked it apart and ended up just eating part of the meat. The hot dog had a horrible stench and looked and tasted very old. I could only handle two bites before I got grossed out by it. Sure enough it gave me bowel problems almost immediately. Sorry, Burger Shack, I dont think I can justify coming back.
