• 1 day agoYou get a lot of fries with the chicken sandwich Chicken Sandwich Combo... fries were really good seasoned well. The SALAD - Shack Chicken Salad looked fresh. Shouldn't be hard to mess it up. Only comment I have is the advertised photos show more chicken than what was received.

• 5/01/26I was craving these chicken fries all weekend, and so glad I grabbed them. My husband and I shared one plate, maybe next time though we will ask for an extra tender on them. We got the #3 for our toddler though and made the fries a large and all she had was a few fries so we shared the rest of those. Asked for the buffalo fries with the sauce on it and I thought I'd regret that, but it was great! Fresh and fries were crunchy. Get extra ranch and extra sauce though! For dipping! Everything was so flavorful. Yes I would order again.

• 18/03/24Chicken was not crispy, it was soggy. The size has gone down extremely, which for the price is ridiculous.
Chicken Shack used to be amazing and they seemingly gotten worse and worse over the last several months.

• 16/12/21I paid 26 dollars for a salad that literally had 8 small pieces of chicken.
I've ordered before and don't mind paying for a good salad but this time there was more onions and tomatoes than anything else.
