• 13/03/26The Classic never disappoints! Felt like staying in tonight so I ordered it in, and it was awesome. We got beef bourguignon and Children's radiatore pasta with chicken. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. I never thought I'd do takeout from here because it's just too good in person (and takeout is rarely as good as dine in), but we should've known - the team there always executes! I will say, we do live within 5 minutes, so that definitely helped the freshness I'm sure, but overall I can't say enough good about this spot. Do yourself a favor and go dine in - their service is as stellar as their food. We absolutely would order again.

• 11/10/25The Chicken fried steak blue plate special was so tasty! It was seasoned well and the meat alone was enough for two. At first glance, I was skeptical because of the unassuming waxed paperboard takeout containers, but I was so wrong! The french style green beans were very fresh and the garlic mashed potatoes were exactly what I imagined when the craving for comfort food struck. I was especially thrilled about the price. If this entrée cost as much as the other menu items, I might not have had the pleasure of trying it. I'll definitely order this again... and again! 😊

• 9/06/26Our order from The Classic was missing two orders of mashed potatoes and the beef tenderloin medallions were all over cooked. We had requested medium-well on two orders and they were all well-done + with one medallion so tough as to be inedible. The shrimp and okra fritter was very greasy. The grilled asparagus was good but only provided 5 small spears for $13. We used to enjoy this restaurant but will not be ordering from them again.

• 18/10/25pie is 13.20 it was the tiniest little piece I wouldn't even call it a piece, I would've been embarrassed to serve that to any adult.Food including mashed potatoes beef and green beans had so much pepper it was inedible. NOT RECOMMENDED

• 15/09/24The Texas sheet cake is like 2x2 in size and costs over $13 - it's a total rip off. The CFS is just OK. Had high hopes based on past reviews.
