My coffee was spilled all over everything I had ordered, the Kickin Chicken & Pepper Jack Jalapeno Biscuit and the Sausage, Cheese & Egg Croissant were both hard and my Breve coffee had no cold foam in it at all which I paid extra for!! Horrible horrible horrible today!

Be wary when ordering using the deals.. BOGO on the Galaxy but only receive one. Meaning they didn't verify all items were in the bag before sealing it. Nor was it creamy like I ordered. Think I'll just stick with Starbucks at this point.

the quality of this location has gone downhill. this is the 3rd time I've attempted to order a matcha latte only to get a different drink all together. My most recent looked like a really old cold drink that was in a hot cup.It was disgusting.
