• 27/06/24Better than I was expecting! I ordered the Hot Mess Melt - Combo and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor combo of the cheese, grilled onions, and beef. The fries were unique, reminding me of ruffles potato chips with the shape and it even tasted like them too (the ranch went with them perfectly). I put my order in at 3am and the food was fire so now I'm definitely exited to try this place during the day with my girlfriend.

The presentation was sloppy, the quality was subpar, and the overall appearance was so unappealing that it felt like no care or effort went into preparing them.

To make matters worse, the food was completely burnt. Not lightly toasted. Not slightly overdone. Completely burnt — as if it had been thrown into a blast furnace and forgotten. The protein was charred to the point of being hard and bitter, and the overall taste reflected that. It was inedible. There is no justification for serving food in that condition, especially at the price charged.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the difficulty I had simply trying to contact the restaurant. I made several attempts to reach someone and wasn’t able to get through until my fifth call. When a staff member finally answered, I explained my concerns — only to be told that they frequently receive complaints about these particular sandwiches because they are merely reheated on the grill. That explanation is alarming. It completely eliminates any expectation of freshness and raises serious concerns about quality control, not just for this item but potentially across the menu.
At this price point, customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food — not reheated, burnt, carelessly assembled sandwiches that look like they were rushed out without a second glance. I will absolutely not be ordering this again. I am genuinely appalled by this experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of quality, professionalism, and accountability shown.

• 27/02/25Oh my gosh this is sooo good. The Giddy Up Melt - Combo is absolutely delicious. The lemonade is tart, just the way I like it. My son got the Hittin' Snooze Melt - Combo and said it is the best hes ever had.

• 26/09/25I really like this place, the sandwhiches are good but this is the second time now that I have ordered a sandwhich with no grilled onions on it. My girlfriend also ordered her sandwhich with no mayo and there was mayo on it. Also not a huge fan that they put such an abdundant amount of toppings like bacon, grilled onions etc and barely any meat or cheese. This place could be better.
