The sandwiches' meat is dry and the bread was on the soggy side. The "artisan bread" is Texas Toast. There is hardly any cheese on the sandwiches. Meat was tough to chew. Hardly any fries or onion rings. The fries were pretty much raw. It lacked flavor. Needed to add salt to give it flavor. The only positives is the packaging was cute and they did provide utensils and sauces. I would never order this again. It is not worth the cost. Even Denny's could have done better.

This unfortunately was not the same sandwich that we had the other night. I'm not sure if there was a rush or if maybe they were short staffed but the sandwich was missing quite a bit of meat and only had cheese and onion. Very sad about this.

There was very little meat on this sandwich. 1/3 of the bead had no meat. Small amount of fry's. Very disappointed in the hot mess melt combo. I've had it before and it was full of roast but today I feel like I got screwed. Will not order from here again

The sandwich is amazing the onion rings were nowhere near enough and I paid 3.25 for a happy meal size fry
