I'm giving them 5 stars even though they forgot to send me some ranch for my fries. The sandwich is great!! The fries are nice and crisp and still warm, too! And I actually got root beer, which my school couldn't get right for teacher appreciation week, so thumbs up, The Meltdown!!

The hot mess melt name had more meaning than I realized. Barely any meat or flavor. Don't get me wrong, the bread tasted great! However, I didn't order an onion sandwhich for the bread. Not likely to order again from here.

Sandwich was great but my lemonade was carbonated water or something. I will try the food again it was delicious the bread was just right crunchy soft texture roasted beef was very tender.

Sandwiches looked nothing like pictures. Lots of bread and nothing in between. Chicken sandwich has potential. Very disappointed! Pound cake cheesecake had zero flavor. Not the cake or the cheesecake filling.

Less then a cup of fries, sandwich was good but not good enough, soft drink tasted like carbonated water hose
