they were out of a soup I wanted and one of the muffins so they sent extra soup and muffins and a donut and a nice note explaining why

i ordered 3 custard tarts at 9.00 plus. i got 3 butter tarts which weren't very good at all so 2 will take up residence in the freezer

no safety seal on drinks, straws are often forgotten, don't order the timbits because they'll give you 5 flavoured ones and the rest are plain ones they can't sell in store!
