I’ve ordered the Maple Brown Butter Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Box twice from this location and twice I was sent chipotle sauce instead of maple. I truly enjoy the Maple Brown Butter Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Box when I actually get what I ordered

I ordered two hashbrowns and a breakfast Double Stacked Breakfast Sandwich, they gave me zero hasbrowns and two Doub Stacked Breakfast Sandwich. They didn't even put enough bacon or any sausage on them

The first couple of bites were ok until I got into the beef and the burnt parts of the sandwich, the beef tasted as if it was of older quality not fresh. Iv ordered here a few other times and this is the second time this has happened with the exact same sandwich. Obviously the staff are unaware of the problem with their toaster? There must be a timer/adjuster for the heat/temperature when toasting and must have forgotten about? Or the staff are just not paying attention, whatever the problem is I hope it gets fixed after this review. The bun was WAY OVER TOASTED to the point where when I took apart the sandwich I just observed it was all black on the inside in a lot of areas and unevenly toasted, very hard and dry.....maybe this the reason why the beef did not taste good? The London fog was very delicious though. I did not bother to return the sandwich as I did not want the hassle as I was very hungry and made adjustments myself to make it taste better. Until the issues are fixed you're better off making your own sandwich and saving all the fees for this service. Everything is so expensive, so when you want to treat yourself and not have to cook....you expect things to be made properly or at least expect staff to catch things not made properly and pay close attention to the food being made so then reviews like this don't show up :) :)
