I got the Hogwarts 6 pack and there was only 4 Hogwarts and maybe they were out or that's how it comes not complaints I love the treats I just expected 6 of the Hogwarts. Regardless, the staff at Tim's always prepares my drinks perfectly and accurately ! And the wrote my name on the bag AND spelled it correct. It's a little thing, but for me it's the little things that I notice and appreciate! My drink spilled along the way and I don't think that was the fault of Tim Hortons and the drivers can't go in the bag so I feel like this is also just like "it happened " it wasn't a huge spill and I'm drinking my Original Iced Coffee and eating a lemon Hogwarts 6-Pack doughnut. And to be honest this Tim Hortons still gets a 10/10 from me. The door Dash drivers are always friendly, and I always tip. I do find the suggest tip is way to high. I was a server at restaurants from 19 to 32 and i understand tipping but 10 to 15 dollars to drop off a coffee order is too much. For me coffee is 4 to 5 dollars. If we get a big order from a restaurant yes 10 feels correct. I wonder does the dasher get the full tip who tips the people preparing the order. And that's what I mean. If it's 10 dollars to go to the store plus the dasher. Yes. But 10 dollars to drop off coffee and doughnut from a 8 minute drive. I can't justify it. Anyways no complaints, I just wanted to share my thoughts and I'm very happy with the product and the service

For some reason, you aren't able to remove egg from the breakfast sandwiches. In person, I always get a simply bacon. However, there is no way to order this
online.
Drink customization is also incredibly limited. Sometimes I will order an iced capp with a shot of syrup, but that isn't possible online without ordering a specialty iced capp (which costs much more than just the flavour shot). It deters me from ordering online.
The quality of the food is consistently good and my order is always correct. There has been maybe one instance where an item was forgotten.
I appreciate the speed and quality of this Tim Hortons location. However, until the customization issues are resolved, I don't think I could order from here again nor recommend it to others.

the drinks are great but none of the breakfast foods let you remove egg. This makes no sense since it can be removed instore.
The eggs used at this store as always gross and too sulpheric.
portions are fine, hate that eggs cnt be removed via online.

Instead of calling they put vanilla in my Origial Blend Coffeee. Asked for caramel, sims corner is prob the worst around.

Never had a bad order, or any mistakes. The Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich is always a 10.
