Tim Hortons is one of my favorite restaurants/coffee places. I'm never disappointed with my orders!

I always love the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich (sausage egg and cheese) on an English Muffin. and a Hash Brown. And a coffee drink... I can never decide. I love their hot lattes, and Original Iced Capp®, which now you can add a shot of espresso to and/or make it a light version with 2% milk.

Was supposed to get a mystery box, paid 4 dollars for it and never got it. And my donuts are not the right ones. Got two Ravenclaw Blueberry Donut of the Gryffindor Strawberry Cheesecake Donut which i was really excited to try and no longer can :/
Sorry just not a good experience.

This was my first time trying Tim Hortons and I am absolutely disgusted with what I received. I ordered a chicken Panini, that was supposed to be toasted and all I was given was two plain pieces of bread with cold cheese in a little bit of chicken in between. I also ordered an Everything Bagel BELT, and only received a plain bagel with one slice of American cheese on it. I don't know how anyone can look at this and think this is okay to send off to a customer. I also ordered an iced strawberry Matcha, and that arrived to me completely melted and gross. This is my first and only impression of Tim Hortons because I will never order from them again.

ordered timbits for coworkers to find out they were Very Dry and hard as if they were sitting out all night and never disposed of , i ordered around 8am NO way they arent fresh :( waste of 20 dollars :/
