Habanero Crispy Chicken Loaded Bowl was cold with barely any chicken. It's like they took some of the chicken from the Craveables Crispy Chicken and added to the bowl. We could not eat the Potato Wedges , they were so crispy burnt and impossible to chew. I don't usually have this bad experience with this store, I hope they'll do better.

I expected a reasonable portion size considering it costs $10 - $11 bucks a piece for the loaded bowels. Very disappointed

Grilled cheese melt was just meh. Had to sprinkle salt & pepper on the tomato inside because the sandwich was so bland. Besides, cheese was processed and I prefer natural cheese.

It was hard and off
They were busy so it took longer but that's ok
