This Toastique location's staff do not label items, creating inconvenient and delay-inducing guesswork for large group orders. It reflects a total lack of care and attention to detail. The bowls are comically small. Unlikely to reorder unless changes occur. They are currently racing to the bottom. Will stick with South Block for now.

Spicy Crab Toast was absolutely delicious!! So much crab with a little kick. I loved it! Immunity + Shot and Vitamin C Punch Shot were great and came in glass jars. 16oz. Nitro Cold Brew was a solid cold brew but nothing special. This will definitely be in the rotation :)

Since it's that time of year, I tried the Spiced Pumpkin Small and I loved it. I'm not super into pumpkin spice but the level was just right and not too sweet. The pumpkin and banana make it nice and creamy and the maple syrup adds a nice bit of subtle sweetness. I'll be ordering again before it disappears until next season!

Two orders from Toastique today to see if any improvement occurred since the last mess. No such luck.
Today's food arrived compressed and in some cases smashed inside containers packed too tightly and stacked in insufficiently spacious bags. Removing items required tilting, turning, or flipping the bags upside down, causing further compression. Items were stacked haphazardly directly on plastic cutlery and napkins, causing containers to sit unevenly, items to slide in their containers, and toppings to fall off items and/or scrape against the containers.
Some items were unlabeled, making distribution for the group difficult and impossible in some cases. The Spiced Chai Tea Latte was missing. The haphazard, careless packaging reflects contempt for customers and a brazen willingness to undermine the Toastique brand.
DoorDash personnel noted they attempted to contact the store, but the staff did not answer, instead letting the phone ring incessantly.
A follow-up order was placed for the missing Spiced Chai Tea Latte, and the staff could not even be bothered to include a straw. We are approaching slop levels.
