Ton’s Chicken & Sausage Gumbo is hands down some of the best gumbo I’ve ever had. The rich, dark roux is packed with authentic Cajun flavor, the chicken is tender, and the sausage adds the perfect smoky kick. Every spoonful tastes homemade and comforting, just like a true Louisiana gumbo should. The seasoning is perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous. If you’re looking for a bowl of gumbo that delivers on flavor and authenticity, Ton’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Hit all my cravings for a Breakfast Burrito or Bowl--soft scrambled eggs, spicy sausage, and fresh home fried potatoes! Perfect portion. I added the Grits with cheddar (NOT instant!) and a Biscuit. Love Ton's biscuits--thick and soft. I finished it up with the Beignets. Yummy!

I had a great experience at Tons! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was amazing - fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. I especially loved their gumbo, delicious! Definitely recommend this place for a tasty meal in a comfortable setting. Will be back for sure!

My go-to for comfort food! I absolutely crave their Bowl of Chicken and Sausage Gumbo --spicy and full of tender meat. Comes with potato salad (tasty) and a slice of French bread. The two sides that I chose with the Catfish Plate were fried okra and cole slaw. The catfish is breaded in flour, and there's plenty! The Cole slaw is creamy, not too sweet; they drain the okra well--not greasy at all! I really love this place!

Brekkie bowl is so good. Good portion of meat and not too egg/potato heavy. The little salsa they give you puts it over the top. I dream about this bowl.
