This bakery is heaven on earth. I've never been too into pastries because of the sweetness and how heavy bread/dough can be... but TLJ is light and not too sweet. Even the Yuzu pie and Vanilla cream doughnut, that are both topped with sugar, taste very mild.
Finally, their packaging is so nice. Their attention to detail and prettiness is *chefs kiss*

This place is a 9 out of ten. The chocolate croissant & ham and cheese croissant were delicious. Flaky and buttery. Very good warmed up. The cheese danish wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite. I'm not a huge fan of almonds and it's covered in them. The coffee is very good. Dark and a little bitter. Perfect with the sweet pastries.

The Strawberry Croissant is good, but it's slightly tough like you'd expect for a  croissantt, but still better than a grocery store one. The uber Ube Latte, large, 16oz had a slight chemically aftertaste, not sure if it was the coconut milk itself or the ube power. 

The macarons were great, the Coffee is a strong flavor and melts a little faster so put it in the fridge.  Birthday Cake, Chocolate, and Vanilla, and Earl Grey are thicker, so if you're hosting these are the best flavors for presenting. (They're also the best tasting flavors in my opinion) Other flavors I suggest keeping cool in the fridge 

The Cookie & Cream is pretty mild, so keep that in mind

I absolutely adore this place! Anytime I come in with a stroller or needing to have the food brought out they are always so receptive and helpful! The food is absolutely delicious and the coffee is always great.

Everything was great. It's a bakery, so expect some items to get substituted or canceled. But everything was phenomenal. Will immediately transport you to that little cafe you hit on your last day in Seoul, Tokyo, or Bangkok at the train station. The milk bread will knock your socks off.
